I have a problem with blackheads on my nose. The ugly little specks which have settled into my pores seem to build up over night. I stand in front of the little magnified mirror (which I curse the creator of everyday) and squeeze my nose until I leave the bathroom looking like Rudolph. I still seem to have them back the next day. Seems like the worst time for blackheads is after I have had a workout.
I heard sweat is cleaning out the toxins from your body, so why do I seem to have more clogged pores after I sweat? I finally got an appointment with a Dermatologist so I could have a mole removed. I had to wait for this appointment for over a month, I was going to ask her what I could while I had her attention. As it turns out sweating can cause acne to rise to the surface. It seemed to me sweat would act like a flush and wash the pores out, but nope.
When you sweat the pores become clogged even more with the build up. Taking a hot shower after you work out opens your pores and allows pollutants to enter. This can leave your skin vulnerable to foreign matter which becomes the dark heads at the opening of your pores, blackheads. What is the solution, other then lay on your couch do not exert yourself and wear a mask, who knows.

The build up of grease and dirt within your pores is known as blackheads. You can squeeze them out you can buy those expensive strips and yank them out, but the truth is they always come back. Beauty is pain we have all heard this one before, but why do we even try? Everyone wants to look their best, women sit around and worry about the day “the one that got away” comes threw the door and will see them and regret the past 20 years he spent with whats her name.
Get a grip ladies if he can see the blackheads from across the room, you are going to need more then a strip of paper and some glue. The best way to maintain your skin is on a daily basis, from the inside out. Eat better foods, cut out the grease which is seeping threw your pores as you read and go to the drug store and pay .99 cents for a bottle of hydrogen peroxide. Every morning after you have showered and exfoliated, put a little peroxide on a cotton ball and rub it across your blackheads. Use a moisturizer which is oil free and soon you will find your blackheads are gone and you are not waiting for “the one who got away”, you will be fighting off the man you have at home. Men are attracted to confidence and your clear face will be giving you the boost you need.
